Schedules are updated. GSN is now providing the schedules in .doc form, and I don’t have Word on my Mac, so I can’t do anything with them. Second, GSN will be doing a Millionaire marathon from 9:00AM ET to 6:00PM ET on August 9th to coincide with the premiere of ABC’s revival at 8:00PM ET.

You can upload a .doc file to Google Docs (docs.google.com) and then download it as HTML, PDF or text.

Yeah, I think people have this misconception that text files on both Macs & PCs are "diffrent" when technically, they're one in the same. It's how they're formatted that's creating the misconceprion. I'm a PC guy & text files are the EASIEST to copy & transfer. Surely you can post a GSN .doc file on here as an alternate to the PDFs(I have Acrobat Reader 6.0 to read PDFs but it's hard to read the print sometimes).

There's No Millionaire Marathon. There is a Deal Or No Deal Marathon Saturday at 9:00AM to 8:00PM

You could use OpenOffice to do the conversion.

Wasn't sure where exactly to put this, but I can't believe Buzzerblog completely missed mentioning "Are You Game?".
Tonight at 11pm EST, the Travel Channel is (re)airing "Are You Game?" with Todd Newton. The theme of the show is Todd traveling to the far corners of the earth to try out game shows in different countries… as a contestant. Tonight's episode has him on a Japanese game show called "Urakage".
Sounds interesting, but since the first episode originally aired on June 17th, there have been no further new episodes. I have to wonder if this is a one-time thing (like Anthony Andrews's "Life's a Trip"), or if this is a pilot episode, with new ones coming this fall/winter. Personally, I'd rather have seen Todd on "Sasuke" or something similar to "Kinniku Banzuke", but it's nice to know he's been up to something lately.

And this Saturday isn't August 9. :)

You can also use Google Docs for .doc files. Potentially a nice and simple online solution.
