Top 13 “Whose Line is it Anyway” Moments: Number 9

When the voters and I were making this countdown, we realized a lot of the moments involved Colin Mochrie.  He just was amazing at thinking of something which made absolutely no sense at all, throwing everyone off, and bending the show to his style.  And the game which let him do this more than any was Irish Drinking Song.  Enjoy number nine, which is an irish drinking song about graduation, where even Colin admits they should never let him go last.

FYI, there’s another version of this one where Wayne to make Colin rhyme with “trucker” but both are hilarious, let the debate begin who’s the better whose line performer, Colin? Ryan? Wayne? someone else?

and I guess we can also begin the spec about what’s gonna be number 1.

I don’t know what will be nuber one, but I hope that the Irish Drinking Song when Ryan sings the line “Da nuh da da da nuh nuh” and then everyone starts cracking up laughing makes an appearance…

Colin was such a genius. I really miss Whose Line.

“I’ll fluff your Garfield” should be #1…hands down, with the Richard Simmons episode making it as #2.

Colin is such an improv genius. Wayne Brady was OK, and Ryan Styles is funny, but collin always added that moment to an episode that just made everyone step back and say…”WTF !!” and laugh their asses off. Sometimes I think the US version is better than the British one, but then I remember that a few of the British regulars, including that Mike guy (the overweight guy who would never make it on the US version just because he’s overweight…damn Americans…), were better than the US people.

Frankly, since this is a game show site, I have to say that Drew Carey’s humor belongs on this show, and not on TPiR. I like Drew’s hosting style, but his humor, that is supposedly making it into showcase skits, does not fit TPiR. Watching these clips shows me just how much he fit this show.
