This Week in Dirty Game Show Moments
Game shows, for the most part, are PG rated. Very little goes on that can be construed as dirty. If something slips by it’s generally by accident, and if others catch it the ensuing reaction is priceless. A shocking amount of that happened this past week all over the world. We picked out some of our favorite moments of innuendo.
Wheel of Fortune is almost as vanilla, content wise, as they come. Nothing out of the ordinary happens. However, Pat Sajak’s obviously a great host and if he hears a funny comment he’ll run with it. His dry sense of humor came through this past week. Take a look at this moment as a contestant asks Pat for something small.
I think Minute to Win It‘s over dramatic presentation made the crew not realize what host Guy Fieri said. He said he rocked the house with the contestants’ mom, and all that happened was dramatic music and crying. Does no one realize what he just said?
Deal or No Deal is back for a new year of shows on Channel 4. They expanded to a 65 minute program, so there’s a lot more time to fill. May as well fill it with vaguely dirty jokes. Meet the contestant Tomas and the exchange between him, Noel Edmonds, and the Banker.

A little off-topic, but that was an awesome episode of Wheel! Between the huge Final Spin Round, missed $100,000, the humor, and even the woman constantly solving wrong, it was one of the best episodes on in a long time!
Going back on topic…Noel started it with the “hand exercise” comment. LOL :)
As for the WoF clip, I saw it last week and it still makes me laugh. I have to admit that his reaction made me think the big money was in there. But, either way, his reaction was priceless.
Pat Sajak did another one today. After a plug for “The Green Hornet”, he said, “I always thought of myself as the Beige Wasp……Oh, that works on so many levels”
No laughter from the audience. Give yourself a few seconds to process that one.
Going back to the WoF clip; wasn’t there a $150k win limit when the $100k bonus square was first added? I vaguely remember reading as much, but might be wrong. Either way, I’m pretty sure that would have been the second biggest win in Wheel history after Michelle’s million, I can’t imagine anyone else can have won >$50k in the front game AND got the bonus round for $100k.
