“The Price is Right” Holds Contestant Searches in San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York, and Pittsburgh
Can’t make it to Los Angeles to see a taping of CBS’s long running game show The Price is Right? You’re still going to get a chance to appear on stage with Drew Carey and win cars, cash, and trips. Price will be traveling to four cities across the Summer and Fall giving people on both sides of the country the opportunity to come on down. The first open audition this weekend, July 23rd, in San Francisco, so be ready. The rest are spread through the year.

Two people from each location will win a trip to Hollywood to see a taping of the show. One of the two is guaranteed to appear in contestant’s row where they’ll have a chance to get on stage. Visit each of the city’s links to learn more information.

This is nothing new. There were contestant searches during last season and, I believe, the season before that. I think it’s a good idea, precisely because not everyone who wants to be on TPIR can make it down to LA to be chosen at “random” (yes, even those who walk into Studio 33/BBS get screened).
When will they bring the auditions to Louisville,KY?
