Rossi Morreale Hosts “Let Me Entertain You”

Posted by Alex Davis On August - 27 - 2008

Still no idea who the show is for, but at least for the pilot, the new competition/variety show Let Me Entertain You, Rossi Moreale is the host.  If you enjoy ritualistic abuse, you may remember him as the host of the newly canceled Temptation.  Maybe I’m missing something, but is there any great talent in Rossi that I’m not seeing.  All I’m getting with him right now is, “Eh he’s good looking.  Women will watch.  Let’s get him.”  Maybe I’m wrong.

Better suited to this than he was for Temptation…

temptation’s canceled, I’m not surprised, It’s jsut it’s the first I’m hearing it. Rossi is an okay host say a 4 or 5 on a scale of 10. But there are so many others they should have taken.

but it obvious his looks got him the job on temptation since it was clear they were marketing that show primarily for women.

Two words as to Rossi as host: chick bait.
To the producers: Seriously? Why not go with someone who has actual hosting experience, like, say, Todd Newton? He’s “man-pretty” enough to get the job done. And unlike Mister “Lotsa Love”, he won’t kill your show outright (see Rossi Morreale, Ginger Simpson and Fremantle Media).

  4. stephen Said,

I think it’s odd that one guy that was a car-winner on temptation was a dude who was setting off my gaydar. I do speak of Ian. As a gay male, i do think the show tried too hard also to cater to “the gays”, as well. *shrug* but that’s what i think – and you don’t have to take my word for it.
