Nah, it is kinda obvious that Alex plays nice with GSN so he can get access to the stuff. You can tell he tries very hard to keep his opinions out of previews and inside information until after the show's gone out. THEN he gives it the crappy review you can tell he wanted to give it since the word go.

That said, Alex was calling 20Q an impending disaster since the first report on runthroughs. It's the exact opposite of what a shill would do.

Ponderanator, are you sure you're not being cynical? Judging from your posts, something tells me you're the one who sold out to GSN (or got your account hacked by someone working for GSN).

The show was horribly slow-paced. That's the only complaint that I had with it.

I don't put much stock into your reviews here because you led me to believe that The Game Show Awards were going to be nothing less than stellar, when they completely sucked.

"I know there may be some people, especially at the network, who think I’m negative about a lot of stuff they do". – What? Quite the opposite. To me, you're a GSN mouthpiece that can find Nothing Wrong with anything that they do.
