This is just a quick reminder to be sure to check out the sixth season of Lingo which debuts next Monday, April 2nd, at 7:30PM ET. No big changes are being made this season except for the fact that we’re hearing there are two stoppers in each hopper, not three. This season will yet again feature the online Lingo tournament winners facing off against some of the best teams the show has had, including our good friend Robert McKee. The newest online tournament will begin April 2nd as well, where you can play Lingo online for a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles and appear on the show. Also, GSN will be starting a Lingo podcast in May, so be on the lookout for that. Lingo is hosted by Chuck Woolery and Shandi Finnessey.

Hooray!
Now, if I recall, when Season 5 ended, the Jackpot was at $20,000+ ($25,000 I think). It is safe to assume the new season will start with that jackpot?

It’s GSN, so it might be safe to assume we’re back to $10,000 LOL

Congratulations to Amy & Lauren, who won the progressive jackpot that reached $41,000. The highest it has been ever won in this Lingo version.
