Ratings Update

We have some new ratings for you. The only major success story was Deal or No Deal thanks to the Million Dollar Mission which is thankfully over and unwon. The rest were either flat, down, or just plain crappy. Moment of Truth held its own against Deal and an ABC movie, so that says something. I know most of you aren’t fans, but I am, and Monday’s episode was unreal. It even crossed my line. But I will say it’s why I like the show. It really makes me emotional, for the better or worse. No other show does that, like Amnes…….sorry, I dozed off.

Now, I’ll whole-heartedly agree with the idea of being “thankful” that the MDM is over. At 13 cases, it was getting a bit ridiculous. But being “thankful” that it remained unwon? That just sounds mean to me….

Fair play to Don’t Forget the Lyrics last night. I know it had American Idol as their lead-in but it won the 9pm timeslot and beat Lost, a CSI repeat and Celebrity Apprentice in one swoop. Well done!

I just wouldn’t be impressed on Deal if someone won the million with 13 cases out of 26 having the million even though it would be nice to see a million dollar winner. I think that if someone did win the million with six or less case with a million then i would be impressed but having a 50/50 shot of winning the million. I think i could win the million with 13 cases or if not the million then at least half a million. As far as The Moment Of Truth I like the lighthearted moments and i applaud anyone who has the guts to go on national TV and admit to there spouses that they cheated because that would be huge to admit but at the same time i’m not really huge on shows that break up marriages.

Moment of Truth is trash. Not to say that trash-tv is all bad, but “truth” is just BORINGGGGGGGG. Even Amnesia is better.
