We have a new Price is Right situation, and this one doesn’t involve Bob Barker groping anyone! A The Price is Right winner from 2004 claims that instead of a new car, she ended up receiving a rehabilitated wrecked one that had received major damage to the frame. Took her long enough to speak up, didn’t it?

Contestant Donna Tillman, suing the show, said she won a 2004 Pontiac GTO on June 28, 2004. After she paid tax and licensing fees, she was informed that the car had mechanical problems which caused an eight week waiting period to receive it. When she received it, it was different than the displayed one and had more miles than she was informed of. When she took it for a service, Tillman was told of the problems. Pontiac and a spokesperson for Price declined to comment.

I can understand her frustration, but is this really the fault of the show?  Seems more like the dealership to me.
