“Power of 10″ Season Finale Tonight + Post Show Thoughts

Tonight at 8PM ET on CBS is the Power of 10 summer season finale.  Do not fret, as the show will return as soon as something bombs which shouldn’t take long.  It’ll be back midseason at least.  We’ll be back later tonight with some post show thoughts, but for now here is a clip CBS provided us of the finale.  It has a minor spoiler, but it’s nothing shocking or surprising.  You aren’t going to have the drama of the show killed if you watch it.

Darn right something is going to bomb. That “Kid Nation” reality show they have going right now has disaster written all over it.

  • Drew says:

Yeah, I got a feeling Po10 will return October 2nd, for KN ratings are going to very atrocious.

  • Ryan says:

Frankly, I think Power of 10 on a different day is good. Eps on back-to-back days, it just seems like overkill to me. Plus-shocker here-I actually LIKE Kid Nation.

Reminder: P10 may not start exactly at 8:00 PM ET/7:00 PM CT in the eastern half of the country… be on the lookout for football overrun on CBS in areas of the country getting the late games (such as northern Florida — getting the Jacksonville game; Ohio, western Pennsylvania, St. Louis, and other upper Midwest markets — getting the Cleveland or Cincinnati games). CBS doesn’t generally shorten 60 Minutes, so if football runs long, P10 will air late. Set your TiVos accordingly.

My affilate did not have a late game… so i am lucky :)

CBS should be like FOX and do a postgame show until 8:00pm so everything runs on normal time and kick 60 minutes to 8:00PM and drop a sunday show or move it. Football overrun is annoying on the east coast since I DVR everything.
