Photo Gallery for ABC’s “Take The Money and Run”
I finally got to see the first two episodes of ABC’s upcoming game show Take The Money and Run and I’m pretty impressed. It’s very different than anything on television today and it was only until recent previews when that vibe was given off. The show, from Wild Rover, has a very unique spy-vibe to it. You’re instantly placed into this very thematic scenario where a team is given $100,000 to hide, are then arrested and locked up for 48 hours, and interrogated while real law officials try to find it to claim the money for themselves. It’s very different and I liked it. We’ll have a full review and hopefully some clips for you soon, but for now ABC has released some photos. Take The Money and Run debuts Tuesday, August 2nd, at 9:00PM ET on ABC.
This seems like a very interesting show. Like I said, it’s like playing the game Ultimate Huckle Buckle Beanstock. I wish it well.

I wonder if there’s a time limit or distance limit that the contestants have when hiding the cash…
Don’t know about distance (although I would imagine going across the country is a bit out of bounds :-P), but I seem to remember hearing on one of the promos that the contestants have 1 hour to hide the money.
My dad said he would do this as one of the law enforcement officers in a heartbeat lol
I thought the idea sounded familiar — turns out the BBC did four episodes of “The Interrogators” from 2004 – 2005. Smaller stakes, but the same shell is there.

i would like to know if there is any way that u can just sign up to be a person to hide the money, if so i know two people that would do great in this game show…
Glad you liked Take The Money And Run (TTMAR). As one of the interrogators, I can tell you it was a blast to film — Bish
