Night Four of “Million Pound Drop” Tonight; Recap of Night Three
Last night’s episode of The Million Pound Drop proved to be, easily, the most exciting and memorable game show moment of the year. The first team of the night, Will and Gemma, was the first group to reach the final question with a massive £525,000 remaining. The final question only has two choices and one of the Drop Zones must be left open, making it a 50/50 shot. Unfortunately the team chose the wrong answer and saw the over-£500,000 fall under their feet. It was unbelievably heartbreaking to see. I’m working on getting a video of it for you all to see. It’s a moment to remember. I don’t remember being that gutted at a game show loss in an incredibly long time.
Tonight begins with Dom and Ian who answered one question on Wednesday. They have an up-hill battle with seven questions to go and only £375,000 of the £1,000,000 remaining. Find out what they can do at 10:00PM UK Time (5:00PM ET) on Channel 4. Americans may be able to find a way to watch, but regardless anyone in the world can play along with the show live on the show’s website. All the questions are posted there so you don’t necessarily need to be watching at the same time to play. Try it out. It’s hard but lots of fun.
Channel 4 sent me a link to an interview with Will and Gemma, the painful losers on Wednesday’s The Drop. Hear what they have to say about their experience.

Re Million Pound Drop: This is what drives me crazy about Euro TV. We have so many copyright bugaboos it prevents ups from seeing what this show really is all about, unless someone clandestinely sneaks it on to youtube.
This is the closest anyone has come to getting this…its only the end, but it should give you a flavor of what the Brits are getting.

If the video's not coming up, my apologoes.
This is nail biting TV, brilliant that you can play along. I'm sat here now in front of the telly, laptop on lap waiting for the ads to finnish!
Welcome to the Million Pound Fail, where you're evidently not allowed to win money because the production company put all the money into building the set :P.
If no one wins any money on this show, which is very likely, it will be the biggest game show failure (and waste of time) in history.
