New Episodes “The Newlywed Game” and “Baggage” Start Today on GSN

Regular GSN viewers will want to be sure to check two of the network’s most popular originals today.  New episodes are coming your way.  The biggest is definitely The Newlywed Game.  Old host Carnie Wilson is out and taking over is The View panelist and actress/comedian Sherri Shepherd.  I heard good things about her and they could use someone with a good sense of comedy to spice it up.  Look how it helped Family Feud this season.  I think Sherri will do great.  However, those of you that watch obviously make that final judgement.  Check it out today at 6:00PM ET on GSN.

Then, at 6:30PM ET, new episodes of GSN’s most popular original, Baggage, begin.  They took a break for a few weeks but the Jerry Springer hosted show is back, looking at the deep and dark secrets of people before a contestant chooses who he or she wants to date.  The show’s been popular enough that it’s been picked up in other countries for local versions, like in France.  I’ve also heard the GSN version airs in England, so this is a big one for them.

I heard Catch 21 has been in reruns for the past few weeks as well, but there may be new episodes for that tomorrow also.  Catch 21 airs at 4:30PM ET.
