NBC’s new daily poker series, “Poker After Dark” will debut on January 2nd at 2:05AM, the network has announced. The hour long show will be hosted by former “World Poker Tour” hostess Shana Hiatt. The show, which will pan out over an entire week, will see six poker pros battle each other for $120,000. On Saturday from 1AM to 2AM, a “director’s cut” will be shown, recapping the week’s events with more inside info and strategy. NBCU president Marc Graboff stated “There’s a vibrant late night audience looking for original programming. We felt this inside look at the professional poker scene is perfect for late night television and those viewers seeking a unique and original broadcast.”
