I think I they should make this permanent..cause the first 5 questions are so easy, they are really lame. and 99% of the contestants end up getting to $1000 anyways.

Recently in NYC to audition for Millionaire (passed the tryout test, but waiting to see if I get in the contestant pool), got to be in the audience for the first three shows of Wedding Week (to air February 4-8); Slight Spoiler Alert - the week starting Oct. 29, someone gets to see a Million Dollar Question…the nicely funny Paul Mercurio (who did audience warmup this taping) mentioned this little tease near the end of the third episode (while in commerical, of course)…

it’ll be interesting to see if they consider this as a permanent thing. and think about it 3 lifelines (technically 4) for 10 questions. it sound seasier but since the questions start getting tough (for me anyway) at the 16,000 level it does little to change the game.

This is something I am definitely looking forward to. I’m pretty sure November is going to be an eventful month. Millionaire is still a great show, and the fact that the questions are harder will only make the next person who does win the million truly deserving. And, it’s not like there haven’t been any BIG winners, because there have been plenty, and there will be more. On this show, the laws of probability say another millionaire will come along eventually.
