“Match Game: Behind the Blank” to air this month
“The Real Match Game Story: Behind the Blank,” an original GSN special narrated by Jamie Farr of M*A*S*H, will air Sunday, November 25, from 8-9 PM EST. There will be interviews from former Match Game panelists Brett Somers, Richard Dawson, Marcia Wallace, Jimmy Walker, and Betty White. It will also feature previous interviews of Gene Rayburn. The special is produced by Asylum Entertainment, with Frank Sinton as executive producer, who was also executive producer for “Anything to Win.”
In “preparation” for the marathon, GSN will have a “Match Game” marathon on Saturday night from 8-11 PM EST.
Is the Dawson interview recent or is it archived footage?
I would like to se what Richard looks like now.
I also hope they mention the decline of Match Game was when Mclean Stevenson was a panelist.
Ted McGinley would feel a little more comfortable if that were to happen I bet.
