“Late Night Liars”: Meet Shelley Oceans

We already met my favorite of the Late Night Liars stars: The Weasel.  You can see him co-host the show the show with Larry Miller tonight, June 10th, at 11:00PM ET on GSN.  Let’s move on to some of our panelists now.  First up we have Shelley Oceans, a formerly famous comedianne and television personality.  She’s a crude and brash personality who has a sharp comeback for the panelists and Larry often.  Check out a “behind the scenes” video below, and then check out a clip of her other gig Celebrity Smear.  Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like.

Anyone else having a Meet the Feebles flashback with that first clip? I know I am.

(This, by the way, is not a bad thing. At least if you're not squeamish about explicit language.)

By the way, I can NOT believe it took me THIS long to twig to the fact that "Oceans" ~ "Rivers." I'm slipping…

  • I'd kind of figured that Shelley Oceans was based on Joan Rivers… but it took reading your comment to get me to realize just which celebutard Cashmere Ramada is based on… Miss Hilton, of course.

  • Alex Davis says:

I figured it was supposed to be Joan but I never picked up on the Oceans = Rivers thing until now. Thanks!

  • Nancy Nestle says:

This character is totally crude and obnoxious and if this is called humerous, I want to puke! All it is, is someones idea of sexual humor with no regard to the fact that many people let their kids stay up real late and they are being taught this garbage is “cute”.
Shame on those parents for letting them stay up this late and shame on your programmers, who are they catering to? Adults only obviously! “
