-Monday 9 p.m. (out of Deal or No Deal) – Viewers: 12.26 million, A18-49: 4.4/11
-Tuesday 8 p.m. – Viewers: 8.21 million, A18-49: 2.9/ 8
-Wednesday 8 p.m. – Viewers: 8.76 million, A18-49: 3.0/ 9
-Thursday 8 p.m. – Viewers: 9.51 million, A18-49: 3.1/ 9
-Friday 8 p.m. – Viewers: 7.83 million, A18-49: 2.4/ 9
As the last ratings post was for Wednesday, here’s a summary of Identity’s ratings. The report for Thursday were the highest without a Deal or No Deal lead-in. Nearly getting 1 million more than the previous two nights, getting second place for the night. While Friday’s dip seems really bad, Identity actually helped win NBC the night, as Identity had the most viewers of any show last night. The 18-49 demographic is doing great, therefore expect to see this back sometime next year.

im surprised NBC hasn’t tried a friday night game night Deal OR No Deal, 1 VS 100 and Identity. although from the ratings and if Identity were to go twice a week so far I would say mon and thurs but if this is going to do another 5 night run soon then after that if it does well it should be a once a week thing.

I think if their Christmas game night tomorrow works well, we might see more of the same. Another idea to consider: having two slots a week for games, and rotating DoND, 1 vs 100 and Identity every few weeks. Might be a good compromise between the five-night stunts and a set weekly slot, and rotating game shows within a given timeslot is a common strategy for lottery shows (indeed, the Dutch original versions of DoND and 1 vs 100 are on just such a rotation). I’d call Monday and Friday at 8/7c for said slots, and maybe give each show one run in fall and one in spring, with reruns in summer. (That would be 4-5 weeks per season, then?)

Interesting, in least in my eyes and if my numbers are correct, that ID has pulled in stronger numbers this week than 1vs100 has. I think 1vs100 is the best show (just in terms of format-wise) of the 3, and I was curious if the glitz factor existant on 1v100 now, and the *only* HALF-million dollar grand prize would dissuade some viewers form ID, which it seems it hasn’t. Somewhat promising, I hope…
Kudos to NBC for having success with another GS. If I worked at NBC, this would be my 8:00 p.m. lineup for the week:
MON: DoND
TUES:Apprentice/Biggest Loser (8 and 9 or on new season rotation)
WED:ID
THURS:DoND
FRI:1vs100
NOW THEN, NBC, LISTEN UP! With all the success of these original formats, how about you take the format that you’ve been holding onto with a bear’s claw grip for years now, and actually use it: CONCENTRATION! I don’t care if you find a way to give out $1 million during a show, this is the time to use it, and I WANT IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!1!!!one!1!1!!!eleven!!

I agree with you on something Wheelloon. Concentration is a show that NBC should bring back. first off NBC owns the rights to this show and im shocked it hasn’t been brought back. I would next year the week before christmas bring back concentration in a week long strip like they did with DOND and Identity. if not put it on in primetime which i think it would do well then put it on daytime or syndication.
