where did you find that info at Brandon i was looking for that to find DOND rating. I think that DOND is better than Identity but I give nbc credit for trying something besides trivia and luck game. I could live with Identity only being a once a week show where as I love DOND on twice a week. I wonder how i can be one of the 12 strangers on Identity. I do think that Identity beats William Shatner Show Me The money though. i wonder if NBC will try another 5 episode run of this show identity though.

Does anyone have DOND’s Mon-Thu ratings last xmas as a comparison to Identity?

The only strong feeling I have about the show is that I really like the inital “Meet the Strangers” bit — I think it’s very well produced.

I sort of feel that the pacing is a little slow and that I might enjoy more interaction with the strangers after their reveals, but I’m not too sure.

Seems as though Identity is at least settling better than Fox’s too-slow trivia game and ABC’s pile of shat. I call a summer return, though they might rush out some more in the spring if any gaps appear on their schedule.

I also picked up on her goof. I thought the alligator wrestler was somewhat obvious. I was having a tough time with the other two (but, I was right…hehe). I would’ve saved him for last.

I’m enjoying this show for now. I do think that it can become boring if aired too often. We’re enjoying the play-along factor which, IMO, is needed for a show to be watchable. The celebrity cameos have been fun too. I do wish they spent a little more time talking to the strangers, though.

Big Strategic Error On Night Four: Contestant made a major strategic error and could have won the 500K easily if she had gone for the kidney donor at the $250K level instead of the alligator wrestler. She still had the mistaken identity lifeline. That would have told her, if she was wrong, who the final two were (Kidney donor and CSI investigator), assuming she felt strongly about who the alligator wrestler was. When you go for the easy pick at $250K and get it correct, you lose the mistaken identity anyway, so why not make a riskier choice at $250K and use it to narrow the field at the $500K level, so it is more clear among the last 2 strangers who is who, and an easier go at the $500K rather than a walkaway.

Am I the only one who picked up on this? Surely not…

Me? I’d add a 13th person or 13th Identity so it’s a bit more tricky and not so much of a giveaway. Beyond that, really nothing. I know I’ve been jaded by DoND, because this show bores me a bit, but again, it’s still fun.

Just one question still botheres me… WHERE’S TELLER!?!?!?!? (i’m kidding)

I like the show, You have great play-along value and thursday night’s game had me questioning a lot of things as well. I would have lost it all if it were me playing right at the 250,000 to 500,000 level.

And my other question is that how would you make the show more difficult?

Last night’s show was much better than Tuesdays, IMHO, production wise. That lady was a lot of fun to watch. *CALLING NBC* If you’re looking for more GS contestants, go after people like her! She was entertaining, not boring in the least, but not ready to crack Penn’s glasses with her screams or jumping… :D

Holding off at 1v100’s ratings? Well, to me, that sounds like a good possibility of a return later on. Hey Alex, you happen to remember what Deal’s ratings were this time last year? I kinda remember them being similar to Identity’s right now. If they are, that could be a good sign, especially since ratings are usually lower around XMAS anyway…

ok coolio…hehe…then you HAVE to watch TUESDAYs episode…it was REAL good…let me know your thoughts when you do… ;)

like i said, i def don’t need it a daily fix…once a week is perfect…and i’m sure they’ll be making some changes and tweaking it a bit if and when it returns to the airwaves much like they did with 1 vs 100.

Oh if it’s implied that I’m not giving it a chance, I’m sorry. I gave it a chance Monday and enjoyed it. It’s a bit boring, but it’s a very nice show with lots of play along. I’d rather watch 1vs100, but this is fine. I’ve been busy all week so I haven’t had a chance to see any other episode. But sorry if it seemed that I wasn’t a fan; I am.

allleeexxx…let’s give this one a shot…i really like the show! last night, that guy busted out with a mistake on his very first guess…i felt sooooo bad for him when he made his second mistake ;(…then the lady was cool too…she was funny…

i still can’t get over tuesday night’ s show with the BIG winner…he’d played a perfect game!!!

glad to hear the ratings stayed steady…i’m telling you alex…all i need is one show a week and i’ll be happy!!! ;p NBC…listen to me…it’s a WINNER!!! ;) hehehe…
