The Hub Plans a Night of Holiday Game Shows on December 18th
The Hub will be celebrating the season this coming Sunday in our favorite way: with game shows. The Hub has special holiday episodes of Family Game Night, Scrabble Showdown, and The Game of Life this weekend to get you in a festive mood. First, on Sunday, December 18th, at 7:00PM ET, Family Game Night goes home for the holidays. The Todd Newton-hosted show play the special show with a trip to New York City up for grabs. In addition, the two families have a chance to win a giant $25,000 in cash.
At 8:00PM ET is The Game of Life. Frank Nicotero hosts the game where two teams play for a chance to win a holiday getaway to Kauai. And finally, at 8:30PM ET, is Justin Willman and Scrabble Showdown. The two teams will play word games against each other. One team will play for a trip to Germany while another plays to go to Australia. Who wins? You’ll have to watch and find out.
The Hub provided us with an exclusive preview of the night. Check it out. Anyone going to watch?

I’m In. I’ve been a fan of Hub from day One. FGN is my favorite.
Me to. I love FGN as well.
Why not Pictureka?
I am wondering why as well, it was an OK show in my opinion!!!!
And it was a lot better than the Game of Life. Really they didn’t do all they could with that game, considering how it has had a history of game show involvement (Art Linkletter endorsed it).
Now why couldn’t GSN air a Holiday Game Show Marathon? Ironic, isn’t it?
GSN airs Dawson Christmas eps of Feud Christmas Day! :) Back on topic, I’m looking forward to the Hub marathon, of Family Game Night, Game Of Life, Scrabble Showdown! DVR’s set!!!! YEAH! :)
HUB is a great channel with great potential. Unfortunately, for those with DISH Network, one must subscribe to a high end package to get it for some reason.
DISH can have 194 home shopping channels, but nothing worthwhile on their affordable packages.
I saw the entire block last week. I loved every minute of it.
