GSN Searches for the Nation’s Best Undiscovered Hosts for GSN Live Segments
Want to win a trip to LA and appear on a segment of GSN Live? GSN is giving you the opportunity as they embark on a seven city tour searching for undiscovered hosts with the “GSN LIVE Play Everyday Tour,” presented by NESCAFE TASTER’S CHOICE. From March 7th through April 4th, the popular afternoon talk/game show will be stopping at seven cities all across the country letting people in the malls they will be at play games for cash and prizes as well as some NESCAFE coffee. For coffee addicts like me, I like the sound of that.
The part most of you will probably be excited about is a chance to showcase your talent as a host in each of the cities. Through several rounds, the winner in each market will receive an all-expense paid trip to Los Angeles where you will get to co-host one segment of GSN Live for the day. Sounds like a lot of fun to co-host one of the games, so definitely enter and make us proud. Alfonso Ribeiro will be a celebrity judge in Houston and, of course, Philadelphia. Fred Roggin will be in his home town of Phoenix. Here’s the list of cities. Times aren’t listed, but it looks like 10AM ET is a good time; that’s when the contest officially starts on March 7th.
Saturday, March 7, Cleveland, Westfield Great Northern
Sunday, March 8, Philadelphia, Franklin Mills
Saturday, March 14, Detroit, Laurel Park Place
Sunday, March 15, St. Louis, Chesterfield Mall
Sunday, March 22. Phoenix, Tempe Marketplace
Saturday, March 28, Houston, Willowbrook Mall
Saturday, April 4, Sacramento, Westfield Galleria at Roseville

No Chicago? A lot of Pat Sajak fans are going to feel left out.
No Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Baltimore, Orlando, Nashville or Seattle? Something tells me this speaks volumes of GSN’s limited scope and range.
I wish they had waited to stop by Philadelphia until next week- that’s when I was going to visit my grandmother.
I was hoping they’d go near VA…oh well.
Of all the cities, LA isn’t one of them? Geez. Oh well; at least it’s just for co-hosting GSN Live… I hope. I still have dreams of becoming a game show host.
Me too, Ryan… me too.
I think everyone on Buzzerblog has asperations to become game show hosts. I know i do.
And I’m with you, insaneben, I’m surprise Dallas wasn’t on the list. That would’ve been a 4 hour drive for me. Oh well, maybe next time. :)
BALLS! I used to live 2 miles away from the Detroit location. Then I moved to San Francisco. :-\
Detroit is the closest for me. Any age restrictions that we know of, Alex?
Turning 18 back in February has its advantages. I’ll be there on March 22. ^_^
All you gotta be is 18. You won’t have to worry about it but if you are very close with anyone from GSN, Liberty Media, or NESCAFE, you’re ineligible as well. Get there and make BuzzerBlog proud. I’d love to see you host one of those segments on GSN Live. I’m guessing they’re just putting all the guest hosts on the same day or close to the same day and letting them host a game with one of the three regulars.
Would’ve been nice to know they were in Cleveland like a month ago.
Not 3 hours into the event…..*sigh*
