“Great American Dream Vote” Debut Date
Thanks to Antonio Gray for the heads up. ABC dips back into the fountain of feel-good competition shows with the debut of “The Great American Dream Vote”. The show, hosted by UK’s “Pyramid” host Donny Osmond, the show will come to life on Tuesday, March 27th at 10PM ET, following the “Dancing With the Stars” results show. After that, it will be on Wednesdays at 8PM ET on March 28th. As a side note, be sure to support “Quiznation” and “Lingo” host Shandi Finnessey as she competes on “Dancing With the Stars”. Still no sign of “Set For Life”. Maybe that’s a good thing. I can’t take anymore Endemol “Deal” clones.
After the pile of shat that was Show Me The Money, I think Set For Life really would be the last stick…
Given the fact that ABC is still promoting Jimmy Kimmel as the host of *Set for Life* in press releases (the show was mentioned in a recent release noting Kimmel renewing with the network), it would not surprise me if *Set* aired during the summer.
With all due respect Alex, I love Shandi and all, but she’s going to actually have to have some real good moves for me to support her in this upcoming competition.
Oh, and this new show with Osmond sounds intriguing. I’ll check it out. Also, let’s give “Set” an honest chance before we any judgments.
