“Grand Slam” Feature Next Week

I was reading some past posts in our archives and remembered the incredible time we had here with GSN’s Grand Slam which sadly didn’t come back though there were attempts.  I looked up the series on Wikipedia and noticed it came out on August 4th, 2007.  So on Monday, it’ll be a year since it debuted.  Because it was so much fun, I thought why not relive it.  We’ll be posting some matches of the series during next week so if you missed it, you can enjoy what was seriously the best game show in years.  We’ll do this until GSN tells us to knock it off which I seriously hope it doesn’t.  GSN hasn’t get a ton of praise for a lot of their shows recently.  Really, the only thing which gained any critical praise beyond the game show fans is Grand Slam.

Brilliant idea, Alex. Much better than GSN’s %@*&ing poor decision not to renew Grand Slam.

Maybe GRAND SLAM on GSN should come back for the Summer of 2009. At least you will not have any of the Presidential campaigns and The Olympics to boot. But this feature here is a great idea. Thankfully YouTube still features those GRAND SLAM clips.
