TV game show host Geoff Edwards will be Stu Shostak’s in-studio guest on his weekly live talk show, “Stu’s Show” this Wednesday, January 30 from 4-6 p.m. California time. Geoff will discuss his long career, including his years as a popular Southern California radio personality as well as hosting such classic game shows as “The New Treasure Hunt” and “Jackpot!” among many others. As always, listener phone calls will be welcomed toll-free at (888) SHOKUS-5.
“Stu’s Show” airs live each Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. PST on Shokus Internet Radio (www.shokusradio.com), with rebroadcasts at the same time daily. Seriously, I wouldn’t mind if he went a little deeper into the whole Royals Royce klunk skit spat he had with Chuck Barris that eventually made him quit The New Treasure Hunt in 1977.
Geoff is one of the greats, it’s nice to know we can still see him in some capacity from his glory years as a host. Albeit, mostly on YouTube and trading.
