Twenty minutes later I turned the channel thinking, "Why am I watching Card Sharks?" (I dont like the Perry version.) It wasnt until a couple hours later that I realized I was planning to watch GSN Live...I think it came on once within the 20 minutes. From the short minute I saw and from what I hear its about, I dont think its a bad idea, but i dont think it'll make them more than they are spending and I definitely dont think this is any kind of replacement for PlayMania. That way, there's more time for the hosts to talk and play games with the viewers. It's interresting, and a nice way to replace commercials with product placement ads. But, it is deffinately not aimes at young people. Can it be that the higher-ups at GSN realize that young people do not watch in big numbers and that older people, 50+ and female are the real demo to go after? This is amazing. After Bob Boden tried to ruin the network by aiming it at younger demos, this is a nice change, and a good turn in the right direction.
