See...Endemol and NBC think the average American is an idiot who would not be able to tell that the show was in a different country unless they were reminded twenty times. Frankly, I don't think they wanted to have any major differences with the show formats in the countries they went to so they could just produce the show the same exact way they do in the US. That way, people don't turn on and say, "What the heck? Where are the models? Why are they asking trivia questions? What happened to the set? What is this crap? It's nothing like our version which is, like, the best ever in the whole entire world." Us game show fanatics know that Youtube has a bevy of clips from around the world, so we know what the best versions are. The actual tour on NBC was just an excuse to say that the show was in a different country. I think they could have just saved money and brought the hosts to the US set.

Seeing clips from other countries like you have posted is great. Don't hold your hopes up for the US producers to bring Howie to any country's set that doesn't have a) Models, b) a visible banker, c) a red button to push, d) a visible money tree and e) 26 cases. Basically, if the set and game play ain't like the US show, they ain't going there. So...no England, Australia, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Israel, Spain, Italy, Malta, Belgium, Poland, Serbia, Turkey and Thailand. That list contains a few of the best versions of the show. Unfortunately, we'll never see Howie on their sets. Clips on Youtube are enough for me, though.

I think the aussie's originally used a similar format (with the $2m version) as I understand they started with 200 that got whittled down to 75 then to 25 (plus 1 chosen by random draw) that got whittled down to 2 and then to 1.

Didn't someone on the netherlands version win $1,495,000 euros before.

The us version should have gone to the netherlands, that's an awesome set and they could have used audience members playing the "case guess" game for US$1,000 a pop or just use the dutch models you see at the beginning.
