“Fifth Grader” Adds Celebrity Shows; “Baggage” Needs an Audience

Two small audience notices for you this morning.

*Hey, GSN’s listening to one of the few complaints we had about their hit dating show Baggage.  The show was incredibly quiet and needed the audience to make some noise and laugh at the contestants to really drive the point of the show home.  Jerry Springer, the host, really needed something to play off of also.  He’s incredibly talented and a huge showman.  Luckily GSN is adding an audience for the second season of the show. It will begin taping on July 13th and given how popular it is I guarantee that show will be back with new episodes as soon as humanly possible.  The show tapes in Van Nuys.  If you are interested in being a part of this audience and have a few laughs, click here.

*Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader has been taping its second season which comes out in September.  They did a lot of celebrity shows last season, and this year is no different.  Taping today is popular television personality and podcast host Adam Carolla.  They are taking a week off of taping, and then on July 9th the singing group Boyz II Men will be playing for $250,000 for charity.  Fifth Grader also airs on CMT and they will be doing more country music specials.  The group Trailer Choir as well as singers Joe Nichols, Josh Turner, and Laura Bell Bundy will be playing.  If you’re in Los Angeles and want to see them play, click here.
