No. After the $250,000 question (not $500,000 question), itll be offered.

If jackpot was won but then lost, contestant will leave with the progressive jackpot
The bonus question win and adding to final amounts is something like this:

$755,000 (Progressive Jackpot) – $500,000 (mark amount)= $255,000 (amount added to last three questions)

other than that, all the rest are correct

Forgive my if I'm wrong, but does it go like this?

After the $500,000 question is answered correctly, the contestant is offered a bonus question.
If the bonus question is answered correctly, the value of the Jackpot will be added to the values of the final three questions.
If a contestant has won the Jackpot and answers one of the final three questions incorrectly, the contestant leaves with the base value of $128,000 plus the value of the Jackpot.
If the bonus question is answered incorrectly, the contestant leaves with $128,000.
If the bonus question is refused, the final three questions will be played for their original values.

(I like your Fantasy Millionaire layout, but the Jackpot is just too complicated. Other than that, I like it.)

Bingo America, according to some of my sources, is planning on a fall return. Cash Cab have recently ended its 4th season, however, there's no word yet whether the show will be back for a fifth season, but it's likely that it will.

The way to know if the Jackpot is accepted or refused is this: before the $500,000 question is shown, Regis would ask about the Progressive Jackpot, tell what is is total (added with the $500,000) and see if he/she would go with it. If accepted, then the contestant will play for that money and also take a chance on getting extra money to the $5,000,000. If refused, then the conestant will go ahead with $500,000.

Also, the questions will be more aproachable, but not too, too much. I mean, you do want to have like some questions be challenging, especially at $5,000,000

Yeah, Bingo America is still a better show with Karn at the helm, and the "SuperBall" bonus.

Other than that, looks like everything is covered, for now. There is a part of me that is sad to see Don't Forget The Lyrics go. It was a (kind of) fun show, when I heard Wayne Brady did the LMAD pilot, I thought "Ohhhh, DFTL might be dead."

I'm pretty sure Cash Cab will return, solid show.

Just Millionaire for now. If the pilot sells (it looks good), Pyramid will also tape in NYC. DoND is now taping in Connecticut.

Those shows aren't yet confirmed. We'll hear more about them when they're absolutely announced by CBS. I've gotten a date for Regis' Millionaire. I'll probably try to see DoND in Connecticut, and hopefully if it's a go, Pyramid in NYC.
