Part of me says that's just asking for trouble. Part of me says that could damage the Idol results show, given that it's 30 minutes of airtime for one name to be announced. And part of me thinks that if DoND can face the two biggest scripted shows in television and come out only moderately damaged, it can take on Idol. And part of me thinks that if DoND can face the two biggest scripted shows in television and come out only moderately damaged, it can take on Idol.

Having said that, it got crushed by Idol in March’s big-money week.

So it's Mondays at 8e/7c and Wednesdays at 9e/8c (up against Fox's Idol Results show) starting in January. I don't know that I'd count on two episodes per week lasting for long, though... they mention a couple of mid-season series starting "in Spring 2007"...
