“Family Feud” Hits 3.0 Rating

The good news keeps rolling in for the long running syndicated game show Family Feud.  The Steve Harvey hosted game show has first been renewed through 2015, meaning this current version will have at least a sixteen year run.  The other good news is that the ratings keep growing.  For the first time in any records I can find, Family Feud has hit the 3.0 rating mark.  Click here to read more about the huge feat for the popular game show.

More Ratings for “Million Dollar Mind Game”; Watch the Latest Episode

More ratings for ABC's Million Dollar Mind Game are coming in.  The first batch, frankly and sadly, did just about what we expected though there were a few decent surprises in the mix.  The figures for the October 30th episode are in and it stayed just about level compared to the previous week.  The nice thing with all of this is that you're probably going to find that the people watching are probably actual fans since you won't be finding many passers-by at this hour.  If they like it, they'll be looking for it.  I'd be looking for it on Sunday at 4:00PM ET on ABC for sure.  The team is going for $600,000 and could win the million.  You won't want to miss it.  Click here to read the ratings and see the latest episode of the show.

Ratings for ABC’s “Million Dollar Mind Game”

We've extensively gone over the massive, almost unheard of, uphill battle ABC's Million Dollar Mind Game has.  It's airing Sundays at 4:00PM ET, opposite NFL games, and it's gotten practically no promotion or attention except online so it's just not looking good.  However, that's not stopping us from enjoying the show.  We've got a lot of features on it the next few weeks so stay tuned.  We've been provided the ratings for the series debut, and to be honest it's just what we expected.  Click here to see a list of ratings for October 23rd and what it means for the show.

“It’s Worth What?” Has Decent Sampling in Debut

Last night saw the debut of NBC's newest game show endeavor It's Worth What?.  The show asks contestants to try to assess the value of antiques or rare collectacbles to win up to $1,000,000.  We'll have more of a review of the full episode soon, but first let's get to the ratings.  Depending on if people liked the show and will stick around next week, the debut of the Cedric the Entertainer-hosted game show wasn't bad.  The show opened with 6.71 million viewers.  Click here for the full ratings information and a review.

Ratings Report: “101 Ways” Stays Steady in Week Two Thumbnail

Ratings Report: “101 Ways” Stays Steady in Week Two

101 Ways to Leave a Game Show had its second episode this past Tuesday.  The second episode is always pretty important.  It's a good indicator to see if the viewers who were around during week one enjoyed the show enough to come back for more.  If this is any clear indication, the crowd that watched 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show liked what they saw. Wipeout seems to be losing a little bit of steam, though. We've also got some syndicated ratings which includes great news for Family Feud which experienced a major boom this season. Finally, we've got a link to some GSN ratings. Click here for all the numbers.

Ratings Report: “Lingo” Averages 389,000 Viewers in Debut Week Thumbnail

Ratings Report: “Lingo” Averages 389,000 Viewers in Debut Week

Given the high status that Lingo has on GSN, I don't think the debut week, in full, is exactly what was hoped for.  GSN's formerly highest rated show, seeing somewhere in the area of a 0.7 to 0.9 in its original run which made the show a fan favorite, averaged 389,000 viewers during its debut week on June 6th.  The show started out at usual debut levels but overnight it lost a large chunk of its audience, save for the show's much-advertised $100,000 grand prize win that they bumped to the debut week.  Click here for full debut week ratings, comparisons with Improv-A-Ganza and 1 VS 100, and syndication ratings.
