An Interview with “Late Night Liars” Host Larry Miller
Another new episode of Late Night Liars is tonight at 11:00PM ET. They are repeating the first episode for what has to be close to the millionth time Friday at 10:00PM ET to gauge the reaction then. I'm still a fan of the show and of the host Larry Miller. I recently got the opportunity to talk to Larry as he was on his way to a GSN Live appearance. He discusses how he feels about the genre, how it is working with the puppets, and what he likes about the show the most. Q&A With GSN President David Goldhill
David Goldhill first joined GSN in August 2007, replacing Rich Cronin. An Interview With Greg Proops from “Head Games” and “Whose Line is it Anyway?”
I recently had the great opportunity to sit down and chat with Greg Proops for a while. Most probably know him from the nearly two decades he worked on the British and American versions of Whose Line is it Anyway?. You can now see him on Science Channel's game show Head Games. It's been getting good reviews from readers here and a lot of other places, so that's a good sign. Greg's an incredibly entertaining host and probably one of the country's best improv comics. He's also one of the reasons I got into comedy so talking to Greg was an unbelievable thrill. Here it is. Hope you enjoy it. I edited out all my nervous laughter because I don't know what happened to me but I've never been more nervous doing an interview in my life.

GSN’s David Schiff Discusses Season Two of “The Newlywed Game”
We've plugged it enough so you're most likely well aware that today is a pretty exciting day for The Newlywed Game. It's the first celebrity show of the season (is it the first celebrity show for the series ever?) with contestants George Takei and his husband Brad Altman along with Christopher Knight and Adrianne Curry (Trivial Pursuit and America's Next Top Model); and finally Damien Gurganiousand wife Nicole Brewer who apparently lost a ton of weight on The Biggest Loser and were deemed celebrities for not being obese anymore. An Interview with “Family Feud” Host John O’Hurley
September 7th is a date that no fan of Family Feud will want to miss. The long-running syndicated game show begins its eleventh season, the fourth with current host John O’Hurley. If you’ve been following any game show news at all you are most likely aware that the show is adding a lot of fantastic changes which improves the show greatly. First is the new Bullseye round at the start of the game giving families the opportunity to play the Fast Money end game for up to $30,000. The other big change is the car for any family that wins five games. The thing that hasn’t changed is the fantastic hosting by John O’Hurley. Interview with “Silent Library” Executive Producer Adam Dolgins
Talk about an accidentally overlooked interview. I'm really sorry about this. It somehow got lost in the shuffle of technical problems, a long vacation, and other things. MTV has been airing a new comedy game show called Silent Library weekdays at 5:30PM ET. Basically a team of friends have to compete in challenges in a library while not making noise to win money. It's a pretty funny show if you watch it for the right reasons. It's not supposed to be taken seriously; it's a comedy. It does what it's supposed to. An Interview with “The Money List”‘s Fred Roggin
If you're a regular reader of the site, you know I've had nothing but good things to say about Fred Roggin from day one of his hosting job on GSN Live. Then I get very excited when it's announced GSN is reviving the one-and-done FOX game show The Rich List now called The Money List. And then even more excitement is added once I find out the host is indeed Fred Roggin. Fred's really great at what he does and very entertaining to watch. Interview with “Family Feud” Champions the Grosso Family
Sorry for the delay on this. I swear I had this scheduled to publish but apparently not. A week or so back Family Feud finished up their final Big Money Tournament of the season. In these tournaments, all money earned in Fast Money goes into a jackpot which the winners of the championship match receive. In this tournament, $80,000 was up for grabs and the very entertaining Grosso family took it all. The Grossos first appeared in the Halloween week and lost their match before being invited back for the Big Money Tournament. An Interview with Mikki Padilla and Carnie Wilson
In just around six hours at 6:30PM ET GSN will show the second season of Catch 21 which is vastly improved from the first season. Everything's bigger (and I mean everything) and better this time around. One thing that's been fantastic from the start has been co-host Mikki Padilla. I talked to host Alfonso Ribiero before season one started and he talked her up like crazy. I could see why. She was energetic, charming, fun, and great at teasing the contestants. People’s Choice Awards 2009
Three game shows have been nominated for a People's Choice Award for Favorite Game Show: Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader, Deal or No Deal, and Jeopardy!, the same as last year's nominees. Interview with Caroline Rhea
Today we have probably the favorite interview I've ever done: Caroline Rhea; the host of GSN's new Play It Back marathons on weekends. These marathons conclude being regularly scheduled on Sunday with a 90's special. I'm a fan of her stand up comedy so it was a huge thrill to talk to her. “Celebrity Family Feud”
On NBC tonight at 8:00PM is the series debut (and primetime revival) of Celebrity Family Feud. Four teams compete in each show, and the winning team plays Fast Money at then end for $50,000. It looks to be a very fun show and I'm taking a stab in saying a good number of you will be tuning in. Be sure to voice your opinions about the show here.
