An Interview With Greg Proops from “Head Games” and “Whose Line is it Anyway?”
I recently had the great opportunity to sit down and chat with Greg Proops for a while. Most probably know him from the nearly two decades he worked on the British and American versions of Whose Line is it Anyway?. You can now see him on Science Channel’s game show Head Games. It’s been getting good reviews from readers here and a lot of other places, so that’s a good sign. Greg’s an incredibly entertaining host and probably one of the country’s best improv comics. He’s also one of the reasons I got into comedy so talking to Greg was an unbelievable thrill. Here it is. Hope you enjoy it. I edited out all my nervous laughter because I don’t know what happened to me but I’ve never been more nervous doing an interview in my life.
Don’t forget you can play the Head Games online game by clicking this link. It syncs up with Facebook so you can play against a friend, and it’s a really fun competitive game. I’m always around one way or another so feel free to add me and inevitably kick my ass because I don’t know shit about science. But something like Head Games gets me more interested. It’s a fantastic show so definitely check it out. It airs on the Science Channel Saturdays at 9:00PM ET.
