“1 VS 100″ Return Date + “American Gladiators” Debut
Family isn’t here yet, so we have a quick and fantastic update. We have a return date for 1 VS 100! The highly anticipated second season of the popular Bob Saget hosted quizzer will come on Friday, January 11th. It already has a new website as well. Hopefully NBC will treat it a bit better. It gets better ratings than a lot of what NBC shows and is shoved to the side always. We’ll get pictures of the new/updated set soon. American Gladiators also debuts on NBC on January 6th.
Yeah, I do hope NBC gives this show a better treatment because it and DoND both deserve more air time, than that awful Chuck.
IMHO, it deserves a better treatment than DOND. At least you NEED your brain in this game.

Now that would be a good Friday night one-two game show punch there! Followed by that crazy show LAS VEGAS.

Here’s a drink to that it’ll stick around for awhile longer this time around. I’d have to think it has the potential to garner better ratings than DoND, with how its repeats were doing over the summer, and how much overexposure DoND gotten, compared to 1vC’s… uhm… no exposure, at all…
I just saw a commercial for AG, and it scares me that NBC jumped the shark already with AG before it airs :(
The new 1 Vs. 100 site is looking good, too. Boy, I hope NBC gives this show the treatment it deserves. Not overexpose it, mind you, but give it enough to garner lasting interest.
I saw that AG commercial too- They may not go with this in the series, but I’m definitely getting the “300″ vibe from it…and I also heard one of the new male Gladiators was a Gladiator understudy in the latter parts of the original series (never was on the series itself)…

Where have you all seen the commercial!?!!? I’m still yet to see it.
Because of the lingering strike, reports now have it that 1 vs 100 will return on Friday, January 4th at 8:00 P.M.
